| 2019 was a very special year because of the very successful World Congress of Sexual Health in Mexico City which was a great example of a common achievement. With over 1500 participants and almost 1000 presentation this was one of the most attended and participated congresses of the WAS history! Moreover, WAS launched the Mexico City Congress Sexual Pleasure Declaration , which is gathering wide attention across the world. Finally, this year was also very reach in terms of projects and partnerships with UN agencies and WHO to promote Sexual Health and Sexual Rights throughout the world. Now it is time to start working for the first WAS Congress in Africa (Cape Town, 2021) and prepare another memorable event that really makes a difference…Leave no one behind!
